How it works
1. Submit your request
Describe one clear, specific question or challenge and provide any relevant supporting materials.

Your submission will not be shared publicly or used in any materials without your permission.
2. You get notified
I address the requests on a first-come, first-served basis - assuming the question is focused and a good fit for this kind of async feedback.
I can only do one request a week, so you’ll hear from me by the end of the week whether or not your submission is selected.
3. Get a personalized video reply
If selected, you’ll receive a recorded video clarifying what you might be missing, along with direct, practical feedback you can act on.
